Your use of Promo Buckets' products/services constitutes your agreement to the terms, conditions, and other important information listed on this page. Please read this information carefully before placing an order with Promo Buckets.

ORDER POLICY

Submit orders through the website or by email. Phone orders are not accepted.

No cancellations accepted after 48 hours of order placement. All orders, once entered, are subject to a cancellation or modify charge of $100+. The actual charge will be based on the status of the order in the production process when the cancellation or changes occur. Production of buckets for your order starts 24 hrs after payment is received. Production of decals for your order start 48 hrs after payment is received. You will be responsible to pay for all buckets that have been manufactured and decals that have been printed by the time your cancelation notice is received. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS.

Every effort is made to ship exact quantities ordered. No overruns, however, all orders are subject to 3% underrun and will be considered complete. If this happens, we will credit 5% of the cost back to the credit card you used to place the order.

Factory ships 10-15 working days after receiving art approval and payment. Production time will vary depending on current workload and on orders over 250 pieces. Please contact us for more accurate production time based on your particular request. Free shipping to one location in continental USA. Shipping to Canada at additional cost. No international shipping.

SHIPMENT LOST / DAMAGED

Promo Buckets cannot guarantee that your order will not be damaged while in transit. It is your responsibility to inspect your order shipment immediately upon delivery. Any concealed and visible damage must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery signature and acceptance. In every event of product damage, you must retain all original packaging material, along with the damaged goods. We will not be responsible for damage or loss of your order while in transit.You will need to file a claim and seek compensation directly from the carrier that delivered your order.

Decorated buckets are not dishwasher safe. Use water only to clean buckets. Do not use soaps nor all purpose cleaners, these products may contain ammonia, strong solvents, and other harsh chemicals that could damage the decal material and print. Wipe with a soft damp cloth and then dry with another soft cloth. Do not use coarse or abrasive cloths or materials as they may leave scratches that cannot be removed or peal off the decal. Always clean decals from center outwards to prevent from pealing off the edges.

Galvanized metal buckets are NOT food safe. "Acidic foods should not come in contact with galvanized steel according the the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. The acid in some foods reacts with the zinc coating to form salts that are readily absorbed by the body and in excess could cause a very mild sickness.”

DECORATION METHOD

To decorate our buckets we use a commercial grade, 2 mil thick, contour cut clear vinyl with permanent adhesive. We do not offer direct screen print, nor pad print, nor heat transfer decoration methods.

The vinyl we print on is clear/transparent but not 100% invisible.

PRODUCT FINISHING

Pattern in galvanized metal will vary between production lots. The pattern on the product you receive most likely won't match the pattern shown on the digital proof, nor bucket sample you receive.

Due to the nature of the industrial manufacturing process, some products may show small dents and scratches. These will not be considered as damaged products.

Made in USA statement, product size, and manufacturer's name might be stamped on the bottom of bucket.

COLOR FIDELITY

The limitation of CMYK printing is that color results can vary, depending on the particular color you are trying to print. There are also colors that cannot be reproduced such as metallics and very bright colors or neons.
Color fidelity warranted by Promo Buckets is consistent with industry standards for "pleasing color." Promo Buckets offers no guarantee of "match-print" or "match-product" color fidelity. Promo Buckets cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Promo Buckets does not guarantee color will match the Digital Proof as it appears on a customer's monitor, as we cannot compensate for a color variance on each customer's monitor.

Digital proofs are proprietary to Promo Buckets and are provided at no charge to help grow your business.

TRADEMARKS

All logos or copies received for use in producing products must be in compliance with all trademark, copyright, patent, or related laws or acts are the responsibility of the purchaser.

ADVERTISING

We reserve the right to use all pictures, logos and graphics in our advertising unless otherwise notified in writing at the time you place your order.
